II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The Controller processes personal data provided by you or personal data obtained by the Controller as part of fulfilling your order.

The Controller processes your identification and contact details as well as data necessary for the performance of the contract.

The legal reason for processing personal data is:

– Participating in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing under the contract,

– Providing website operation services and other services related to website operation,

– Providing marketing services.

VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data

The Controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to secure personal data.

The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage (e.g., passwords, antivirus programs, encryption, backups).

The Controller declares that personal data is accessible only to authorized persons.

By placing an order through the online form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and accept it in its entirety.

The Controller reserves the right to amend this policy and publish the new version on the website.
